If there is a Western Union Service center in your area, you can easily send us a deposit through Western Union. Just submit the form on the right to request our information for a Western Union Money Transfer:

After you submit the Western Union order, please tell us the first and last name of the sender, along with the sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided to you by Western Union.

Western Union is the fastest way to pay us. We receive your payment in a couple of minutes after you send the money. It is an ideal solution for last minute bookings.

Bicycle Kingdom Tours accepts credit card payment with an accompanying authorization letter by fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card, but not debit card.

Right now we do not provide online credit card payment. Instead we prefer authorization fax because it is safer.

 

Follow these three steps to complete the credit card payment authorization:

1. Fill out the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form with your VALID credit card information (card type, number, card holder's name, billing address and card holder's signature, etc.)

2. Fax the completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form, along with a photocopy of your passport to us at: +86 10 5885-0982.
Important Note:  The bank requires a clear photocopy of both sides of your credit card to complete the authorization process. We recommend you scan both sides of your credit card or use a digital camera to take the photos. You can simply email us the digital image files. Fax is also acceptable, however, it may cause delay or re-fax due to possible unclear images. If such circumstances occur, your understanding and cooperation would be needed and highly appreciated.

3. After we receive your authorization documents, we will send a confirmation email along with your receipt. We will then process your payment through the Bank of China.

Important Notes

1) The rules of the Chinese Government do not allow us to charge in foreign currencies. Credit card payments charged in CNY are based upon the prevailing rates in China. Your card issuing bank will debit you in your local currency and Bicycle Kingdom Tours will have no control on the rate of conversion used by your card company. The result is the amount charged from your credit card might be slightly different from the amount on the credit card authorization form.

2) We do not accept credit card payment if you confirmed the booking 10 days prior to your arrival date. In this case the only way to pay us is by Western Union service.

3) If you choose to pay with credit card and if you book a packaged tour, Bicycle Kingdom Tours will bear the credit card processing fee (approximately 3% of the total payment).
