| Q: Meeting Point, Where do we meet? |
A: Our guides will be waiting in front of Beijing Hotel , which is at east of Fobidden City, along the main street - ChangAn Avenue, across from the Wangfujing Avenue. We’ll be waiting with bicycles, yellow flag with our logo on it, and a yellow brochure.
Guides are typically at the meeting point about 5-10 minutes before the tour’s designated meeting time. |
| Do I need a reservation to go on a tour? |
A: To ensure we have a bike for all of our guests, Bicycle Kingdom Tours requires reservations for your tour.

| How long is the tour? |
Our Tours page will give you full details on each tour we offer. Leisurely half day tours typically take 2 -3 hours with over 15 stops and a 30 minute refreshment break. The full day tours are about 6-7 hours long, and typically include a few long breaks for food or tea. No worries, our easy riding tours stop every few hundred meters, so everyone can enjoy the ride! Our private, custom, and group tours vary based on the experience that we create specifically for you.

Will the tour still run if it is raining? |
| Definitely! Bicycle Kingdom provides rain coats whenever the rain falls. The ride is completely safe in rain, and only adds to the adventure. Rain or shine, WE RIDE!!! |

| Q: How can I just get the bikes from you? |
| A: In order to
guarantee availability of rental equipment and guided
tours it is wise to make a reservation ahead of time. To
cancel your reservation, please call us 24 hours prior to
the rental start date/time. To make a reservation please
click here: Reserve your bikes (Choose
here city bike or mountain bike
etc.) or by email or phone, You can come to our Wangfujing office by time
or tell us the time and your hotel room number , we can deliver on
time as well. |

| A: Any currency is ok, or Id card, driver license

Do you offer locks and baskets ? |
| Yes we do, locks are
free with the rental, the city bike has a basket and bell

you wear seasonally appropriate clothing, not too loose,
